EquityNav Expert Services (“EquityNav,” “we” or “us”) provides tax planning support services to CPA firms and wealth management firms. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.
Information we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name, title, work email address and, if you choose, phone number
- Details about your firm, such as its name, type, website, location, staff size and approximate number of client households
- How you handle tax planning today, the areas you are interested in and your timeline
- How you heard about us and any message you choose to include
We may also collect basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule a demo
- To send you a confirmation and follow-up messages about your request
- To operate, secure and improve this website
Client data from partner firms
Client information shared with us by partner firms is used only to prepare the planning work requested by that firm, under the terms of our written agreement with them. We do not sell this information, use it for marketing, or contact a partner firm's clients.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting and email delivery providers, and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the staff who need it, and access is logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us.
Retention
We keep demo request information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. Partner client data is retained according to the terms of the relevant partner agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@equitynav.io. You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time by replying to let us know.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
